My experience as a tenant in the Northrup II Apartments was great. Having Chris as a landlord was wonderful. He was always making sure we were okay(three women lived together, so it meant a lot) , if the place needed anything fixed he would be there, he made sure that it was safe and secure. The apartments themselves were updated and spacious and I loved having the natural features of the original wood still maintained. All in all it was a great experience and I have since then rented another unit managed and owned by him in a different complex. Would highly recommend renting!
